Our Services

  • The Giving Collective currently utilizes an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (oCIO) model with Goldman Sachs managing our portfolio.

    Your Foundation could invest its portfolio with ours, utilizing an asset-based fee structure. In doing this, you would gain access to Goldman Sachs’ expertise in portfolio management while minimizing investment costs.

  • Based on a tiered fee structure, the Giving Collective could provide support in general, board, and governance administrative functions. This could include:

    • Providing templates for standard development and governance processes

    • Legal counsel support

    • Board retreat/strategy sessions

    • Preparation of meeting dockets and minutes for board and committee meetings

  • Based on a tiered fee structure, we could provide support around your grantmaking. This could include:

    • Grant compliance – verification of recipient public charity status

    • Maintenance of grant files

    • Grant history reports

    • Preparation of grant checks and correspondence

    • Creation and tracking of grantmaking budgets

    • Assistance in developing grantmaking strategy

    • Processing of all grant transactions

  • Based on a tiered fee structure, the Giving Collective could provide support around important financial transactions. This could include:

    • Coordination of Form 990

    • Coordination of annual audit

    • Creation of financial statements and standard operating reports

    • Creation and maintenance of checking account

    • Processing of gifts (cash, checks, credit cards, e-checks, and marketable securities)
